Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If the item is damaged we will bear the return shipping cost. In case of unopened package which you want to exchange, you will have to bear the shipping cost.

48-Hour Return Policy:

Our exchange or refund policy lasts for 48 hours from the time of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required for processing returns.

Return Process:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, we will process your refund or offer an exchange.

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Items are only eligible for replacement if they are defective or damaged prior to delivery.
